Andreas Janssen has been Chief Financial Officer of the AdLINK Group since 2007. He joined AdLINK from plenum AG, where he also supervised the Finance, Controlling, Cash Management, Personnel, Investor Relations and IT Service departments as CFO. Prior to being appointed CFO, he had already worked for around eight years as Commercial Director and Controller there and at plenum Systeme GmbH.
Between 1989 and 1998, Andreas Janssen also held various executive positions in the Siemens Group’s worldwide operations. His has extensive and multifaceted experience in international and national commercial sales, as well as in corporate, holdings and sales controlling.

Alexander Roethinger has been Managing Director Technology of affilinet since 2005 and in this role also leads the affilinet development team in Hannover. Since October 1st 2009 he has also taken on the position as CTO of the AdLINK Group. Prior to joining AdLINK Group Alexander Roethinger gathered a lot of experience as an independent developer and consultant and held executive positions at DCI - Database for Commerce and Industry AG Starnberg between 1999 and 2005 (until 2001 as CTO and Managing Director of the DCI subsidiaries in Malta and Rumania and from 2003 on as Director Production and Development.)

As of October 2009, Tim Schumacher is on AdLINK’s management board as CEO. As a founding member of Sedo, since 2001 he led the company to be the world’s most successful domain market place and domain monetization system. From 2006 to 2009, he spent 3 years in Boston where he established Sedo’s US subsidiary.
Schumacher holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Cologne (Germany) and a major in finance from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden). Tim Schumacher was named a winner of the 2007 Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” in Germany.
