AdLINK transfers its shareholdings in AdLINK Switzerland and AdLINK Austria to the Goldbach Media Group in exchange for a 19.4% interest in the Goldbach Group

Montabaur, April 13, 2007. AdLINK Internet Media AG (ISIN: DE 000 549 015 5) today transferred its 50% shareholding in AdLINK Internet Media AG Switzerland and its 30% stake in AdLINK Internet Media GmbH Austria as a noncash contribution to the Goldbach Media Group, Küsnacht, Switzerland, in exchange for 19.4% of shares in Goldbach Media AG. The share contribution will result in extraordinary income of around EUR 10 million for AdLINK Internet Media AG in fiscal year 2007. The transaction was approved today by the respective Boards of AdLINK Internet Media AG.
